IVIM Health review
The short answer: IVIM combines membership with separate medication programs. Its lowest equivalents require a long commitment; distinguish calendar expiry, dispensing limits, refill reviews and medical exceptions.

Our take on IVIM Health
IVIM Health offers clinician-directed weight care through compounded and branded prescription pathways, with a continuing membership alongside medication purchases. Its dedicated compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pages and safety information explicitly describe subcutaneous injections. The brand menu separately includes Wegovy injections and pills, Zepbound, Ozempic and Foundayo. Those are distinct products, not interchangeable versions of one generic order. The Ozempic page itself distinguishes its diabetes indication from possible use for weight loss. A clinician should explain the actual purpose and preparation rather than allowing a brand name to imply approval for every proposed use. The appointment preparation checklist can organize prior prescriptions, other medicines and the reasons for considering a change. IVIM describes a free initial provider consultation and ongoing access through membership, but neither payment nor program enrollment guarantees prescribing. The provider directory includes physicians and nurse practitioners, so it would be inaccurate to call every encounter physician care. Directory profiles and professional claims are useful starting information rather than independently verified credentials or an assigned clinician. Establish who reviews your record, the required encounter format and what monitoring applies to the selected treatment. The broader appeal is continuing clinical access and program support, rather than an uncomplicated retail price for a box of medication.
The lowest compounded medication headlines are monthly equivalents tied to a twelve-month program. Current pricing guidance says compounded programs are paid upfront, while the care membership renews separately each month. A low medication equivalent is therefore not evidence of small monthly medication installments or an unrestricted monthly exit. The prepaid-plan worksheet helps compare the cash committed before treatment response is known. Obtain the complete initial invoice, required tests, prescribed quantity and any dose-related changes before comparing providers. The membership page describes ongoing access and cancellation, but the membership agreement requires remaining fees for the full selected program and prohibits midterm cancellation. Help guidance also ties cancellation to the final program payment. Ask for the effective membership end date alongside the medication term; stopping refill requests does not automatically remove the care obligation. The agreement requests at least forty-eight hours before renewal for processing, which should be considered together with that full-duration commitment. One membership can cover multiple programs without proving that every medicine or laboratory cost is included. Insurance authorization support is another service rather than a coverage guarantee. The terms say a denied or delayed authorization does not make the membership fee refundable. Keep that expense separate from a prescription refund request, because the care and medication agreements can have different consequences.
There are three clocks in the medication contract. The Program Period is measured in calendar months from purchase. A further 14-calendar-day grace period is available to request a final shipment for applicable programs. Separately, the GLP-1 ID program limits a shipment to no more than a 56-day supply, with the provider able to authorize less. That dispensing ceiling does not establish a twenty-eight-day billing interval. The calendar and supply-period guide explains why those quantities cannot be substituted for one another. Continuing GLP-1 ID shipments require clinical review around each dispensing period and an active membership in good standing. Refill requests can be submitted up to seven days early, subject to clinical eligibility, and medication is not automatically shipped. Weekly support questionnaires discussed in help pages serve a different purpose from the required refill authorization. Ask which assessments are necessary for your actual program. Missing a check-in or requesting a pause does not generally stop the calendar from running, and unused entitlement can lapse after the program and grace period. The contract makes an important exception for a provider-determined, medically necessary temporary pause documented in the clinical record with an authorized timeline adjustment. That exception should not disappear behind a blanket statement that extensions never happen. A personal scheduling preference, nonpayment or an undocumented lapse is described differently, so obtain confirmation of any approved adjustment rather than assuming the paid balance simply waits.
The prescription policy is restrictive, but it is not an unconditional no-refund rule. Section sixteen of the terms provides for unshipped medication refunds with administrative deductions for specified unused portions of applicable four- or six-month plans. A provider finding that someone is medically ineligible to continue waives that administrative charge. The provision does not establish reimbursement of already shipped medicine, every care fee or a twelve-month refund calculation not given in the selected agreement. The financial checklist can keep those distinctions next to the membership obligation. Broad nonrefund language elsewhere refers to exceptions in the terms, which should be read together rather than allowing one sentence to erase the other. Obtain the applicable calculation before choosing a long term, including what happens after a prescription change or clinical stop. The program's medical rationale is IVIM's stated explanation for its structure, not independent proof that a regulator requires every commercial condition. Shipment problems have another process: the returns policy requests reports within seventy-two hours and supporting order information, with case-by-case review. A supplement return window does not establish a right to return prescription medication. Devices can also have a return obligation under the membership agreement. Separate the clinical transition, medication balance, care cancellation and any equipment requirement so that solving one does not leave another unresolved.
Current product details also correct assumptions someone might bring from an older menu. IVIM's sermorelin offer is compounded sublingual tablets, with the product describing dissolution under the tongue. It should not be projected as an injectable offer. The current NAD+ product is an injection; generic safety discussion of other routes does not establish that each is a separately available selection. Its price section shows a medicine charge plus membership, while another sentence says existing members have NAD+ included. Confirm what that inclusion means before budgeting it as free. A compounded preparation does not inherit a branded product's approval or evidence through a comparison in a safety leaflet. The pharmacy verification guide is useful because IVIM says pharmacy allocation can change according to location, licensing and supply. Support can provide the facility name or a certificate of analysis, but neither a generic pharmacy category nor a document about testing independently verifies current licensing. The clinical privacy notice names IVIM Professional Corporation and regional affiliates; actual professional and dispensing assignments remain to be confirmed. The linked FDA record is historical and concerns pictured labels suggesting IVIM compounded the products. No close-out outcome or current blanket ban is established here. IVIM may fit someone prepared to manage ongoing assessments and a substantial financial commitment. Compare the calendar expiry, refill approval process, medical exceptions and full care obligation together before choosing the lowest advertised equivalent.

Where IVIM Health does well
- Current terms distinguish the program calendar from dispensing increments.
- Required refill assessment and no automatic shipping are described.
- Documented medically necessary pauses have a timeline exception.
- Unshipped-medication refund provisions include a medical-ineligibility fee waiver.
What to check first
- Low medication equivalents correspond to upfront longer programs, plus membership.
- The care agreement requires payments through the full selected duration.
- Missed refill actions can allow program time and unused entitlement to lapse.
- The NAD+ inclusion sentence needs reconciliation with its separate price table.
It fits you if
You can manage required assessments and a longer paid program while tracking the care obligation, refill windows and clinical exceptions.
Look elsewhere if
You need the lowest advertised equivalent to mean a monthly-cancelable total or expect unused entitlement to pause automatically.

Questions about IVIM Health
- Is the lowest medication figure a monthly installment?
- The advertised lowest equivalents relate to a twelve-month medication program paid upfront. Membership is separate; request the complete selected invoice.
- Does a 56-day supply mean a 28-day billing cycle?
- No. It is a maximum dispensing increment. Program time is measured separately in calendar months, with the applicable grace period.
- Will medication automatically ship?
- No. GLP-1 ID shipments require refill action, clinical review and an active membership in good standing.
- Can treatment pause without losing program time?
- A documented provider-determined medically necessary pause can authorize an adjustment. Patient-requested pauses and missed actions do not automatically qualify.
- Is every unused prescription payment nonrefundable?
- The terms include specific unshipped-medication provisions and administrative deductions, with a medical-ineligibility fee waiver. Care obligations and shipped medicine have different limits.
