Estimates assume unchanged prices. First-year budgets include the initial charge on day zero and renewals before day 365: 14 payments for four-week billing, 12 monthly or 4 quarterly payments. Monthly equivalents use a 365-day annualized comparison and spread one-time fees across 12 months. Payments near the year end may fund later care. Include all required fees; taxes, dose changes and refunds are not modeled.
