Ro’s current GLP-1 menu lists approved branded products with separate medication and Ro Body membership charges. At the advertised Wegovy tablet initiation price plus the standard month-to-month membership, the combined figure is $298. Foundayo’s corresponding starting figure is $298. The first membership period is discounted, producing a lower introductory total of $188 for the Wegovy tablet. These are additions of disclosed components, not guarantees of the amount every patient will pay or a year-long prescription at an initiation strength. The price page separates monthly membership from three-, six- and twelve-month prepaid memberships, whose lower equivalents require the larger commitment upfront. Medication is not included in those membership figures. It also advertises separate multi-month medication offers, so paying for several months of one component does not establish the renewal schedule of the other. The terms say membership continues even when a member does not request or receive medication after enrollment. A refill pause is therefore not necessarily a membership cancellation. For injections, the published starting Zepbound KwikPen and membership combination is $448; the usual Wegovy injection package plus the standard membership is $498 after introductory medication pricing. Higher strengths have different offers, and the highest-strength Wegovy product is priced separately. Ro’s Zepbound page says its higher-strength discount requires completing a refill check-in within forty-five days of the last delivery; a missed window can mean a higher regular medication price. The membership covers defined services rather than unlimited medical care. Its terms list up to twenty-four discrete medical consultations per year, messaging and laboratory testing when ordered, with fees for additional consultations or tests. They describe message review within forty-eight hours and responses during weekday business hours excluding holidays, not round-the-clock emergency coverage. A Ro-affiliated clinician assesses whether treatment is appropriate and may request testing before prescribing. The terms identify Roman Health Pharmacy among Ro’s affiliates and permit prescriptions through network or LillyDirect partner pharmacies. Confirm the actual medical entity and dispensing assignment; a named affiliate is not independent verification of the facility supplying a particular order.

Refunds depend on the stage and component. The pricing page advertises a refund of the first membership charge after ineligibility and also says membership is charged only when eligible. The terms say no initial enrollment occurs and the purchase price is refunded if medication is never prescribed. After enrollment, paid membership fees are generally nonrefundable and recur even without medication use unless canceled. Cancel at least forty-eight hours before the next renewal under the stated terms; service continues through the paid cycle. Prescription-product returns are separately restricted, and LillyDirect refunds or replacements depend on the dispensing pharmacy’s policies. Insurance assistance for selected products does not guarantee approval, a copay or reimbursement of the membership. Confirm the exact product, plan and address rather than assuming all services are available everywhere.
