Our take on EdgeRx
EdgeRx prices compounded semaglutide at $199 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $225, each as a one-month supply billed monthly. Both are made with glycine and B12 added, which the company markets for muscle preservation and nutrient support. Those marketing claims do not establish that the added ingredients improve clinical outcomes in this specific preparation. The monthly price covers physician review, ongoing oversight and free shipping, with no separate physician fee and no membership. What the page doesn't say is whether the price changes at higher doses, so ask before your physician moves you up. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows how dose changes affect the yearly total at other programs.
The audience is narrow on purpose. EdgeRx markets to men in their 40s and 50s, and its terms say its protocols are formulated for and marketed to adult men. The catalog leans on peptides and is organized by goals, with sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione sprays and troches alongside the two GLP-1s. If you're a woman looking for a GLP-1 program, the pages and protocols are written for male patients, so a program built for women or for everyone will fit better.
Signing up is fully online. You pick a protocol and pay at checkout, then complete a medical assessment of about five minutes. A board-certified US physician reviews it, usually within 24 hours, through an online review; confirm whether a live consultation is needed in your state. Its FAQ promises a full refund if the physician does not approve treatment. The legal terms separately call medical consultation fees non-refundable, so ask whether a fee could be retained in that situation. Once a protocol is approved, it's compounded for you and can't be returned or refunded. You can cancel or pause before the next refill processes, with no fee and no minimum commitment, but an order that has reached the pharmacy can't be stopped.
The pharmacy page identifies a network. EdgeRx says it works with a single network, Strive Pharmacy, which it describes as a U.S.-licensed 503A pharmacy. That is not independent verification of every Strive location or the location assigned to an order. The physicians are independent and licensed in your state, but no medical group is named, and neither is the telehealth company behind the intake. EdgeRx serves 47 states and doesn't yet serve Arkansas, Indiana or South Carolina. See how it compares on the compounded semaglutide lineup, or read the compounded semaglutide guide first.
What EdgeRx costs
| Product | Real monthly cost | |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutideVial | $199/mo | $199/mo |
| Compounded tirzepatideInjection | $225/mo | $225/mo |
Prices are taken from EdgeRx's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

Pick semaglutide or tirzepatide and check out. Your card is charged when you order, before any medical review.
Five-minute medical assessment

Strive Pharmacy compounds it
If approved, Strive Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy, prepares your one-month supply.
Free shipping, automatic refills
Orders ship free. Refills run on schedule until you cancel or pause before the next one processes.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
Independent, board-certified physicians licensed in your state review your online assessment; EdgeRx doesn't name the medical group they work through. Its pharmacy page names Strive Pharmacy, a US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, as the single network that fills its protocols. Ask for the exact dispensing location and current applicable license; a network name alone does not establish that information.

- The FAQ promises a non-approval refund; confirm how the terms treat any consultation fee.
