How this lineup is built
These rows are lifted straight from the compounded semaglutide lineup. A program made the cut because its own pages also list testosterone, enclomiphene or hCG. Its score and its order come from the full list, untouched.
Bionomy Health is first, with 84 points. That score belongs to the semaglutide plan. Nobody gains a point for offering low-testosterone care, and nobody loses one for pricing it high.
Testosterone, enclomiphene and hCG are three different offers
The related-care menu is not one interchangeable product. Testosterone, enclomiphene and hCG work differently and have different regulatory status. A program listing one does not establish that it offers every formulation or can prescribe it for you.
Testosterone replaces the hormone directly, as a shot, a cream or a capsule. FDA-approved products exist, and they're approved only for men whose low testosterone has an identifiable medical cause.
Enclomiphene is a pill meant to prompt the body to make more of its own testosterone. It isn't an FDA-approved drug. Its Category 1 nomination is under FDA evaluation. Conditional interim enforcement discretion is not FDA approval, final inclusion on the positive list or automatic permission for every pharmacy and prescription.
hCG is an injected hormone licensed as a biologic, labeled for certain cases of low testosterone from a pituitary problem. Its label carries a line worth reading on any weight-loss site: hCG has not been demonstrated to be effective adjunctive therapy in the treatment of obesity.
Where the score stops on a two-prescription plan
- Price (35). The semaglutide starting month, fees in. The testosterone or enclomiphene price is outside it.
- Care (25). The labs sub-check asks whether labs are part of the GLP-1 plan. Hormone labs are a separate question, covered below.
- Pharmacy (25). Points for naming who fills the semaglutide. Enclomiphene is always compounded, so ask who makes it too.
- Clarity (15). Price shown before intake, cancellation terms and a state list. Each check is on how we score.
What a low-T add-on does to the monthly bill
Semaglutide alone starts at $129 to $297 a month on this list, with $200 in the middle and about $2,400 for a year at that middle figure. These are annualized comparisons at unchanged starting prices, not the actual payments due in the first 365 days; dose changes, introductory offers and separate tests can change the budget.
Obtain a separate current hormone-care quote. It should identify the actual drug, formulation, amount supplied, charge interval and prescriber fee. A broad menu or an older starting figure cannot establish the ongoing cost of a different prescription.
Check whether the quoted hormone amount already includes a membership you would also pay for semaglutide. Adding two displayed subtotals can double-count a shared fee, while combining medication-only figures can omit clinical visits. Ask for one itemized total for the actual two-prescription arrangement.
Labs are the hidden line. Hormone care needs blood work before and during treatment, and some programs bill it on top. Ask for the lab price with the prescription price.
How to read this lineup
- The order is the full semaglutide lineup's order; programs with no low-testosterone care were simply removed.
- Prices are semaglutide only. Each review lists the testosterone, enclomiphene or hCG price by form.
- A Partner tag means the program may pay us when you join through our link. It doesn't move the card, and the Partner box above the list is outside the order.
Labs and monitoring to ask about
- Will you confirm low testosterone with morning blood tests on two separate days before prescribing?
- How often will you check hemoglobin and hematocrit, and who pays for those draws?
- How will you track blood pressure while I'm on testosterone?
- If I want children later, would you suggest testosterone or something else?
- Is the enclomiphene compounded, and which pharmacy makes it?
- Do semaglutide and hormone follow-ups happen in the same visit?
Questions about this lineup
- Can semaglutide raise testosterone?
- It isn't approved for that, and its label makes no testosterone claim. If your testosterone is low, the drugs labeled for it are testosterone products, prescribed after blood tests confirm the diagnosis.
- Is enclomiphene the same as testosterone?
- No. Testosterone replaces the hormone. Enclomiphene is a pill meant to signal the body to make more of its own, and it isn't FDA-approved; any compounding relies on applicable conditions and an interim FDA policy, rather than product approval.
- Does hCG help with weight loss?
- Its FDA label says no: hCG has not been demonstrated to be effective adjunctive therapy in the treatment of obesity. Programs here list it for low-testosterone care, not for weight.
- What does semaglutide plus testosterone care cost a month?
- The displayed comparison price covers semaglutide. Hormone treatment needs a separate current itemized quote, including clinical visits, laboratory monitoring and any shared membership. A menu listing is not a verified combined-treatment price.
The Care & cost score
Every provider gets a 0 to 100 Care & cost score for each drug it prescribes, built from four checks: what a new patient pays per month at the starting dose (35), how care works (25), whether the pharmacy is named (25) and how clearly prices and terms are shown (15).
