Our take on Chia

Chia’s current public offer catalog lists the one-month compounded semaglutide plan at $349 and tirzepatide injection at $399. It also lists four- and six-month options at lower monthly equivalents. Those are different paid commitments, not simply a cheaper version of a flexible monthly plan. The tirzepatide product’s lowest banner can refer to a different form and term; it should not be treated as the standing injection quote. Promotional first-payment and protocol-bundle figures are separate from regular renewal prices. Confirm the exact product, quantity, total due now and future charge before accepting checkout. The policy establishes recurring monthly billing for month-to-month plans; a four-week shipment description does not prove a 28-day payment interval. The semaglutide cost guide explains those distinctions.

The refund policy distinguishes prepaid commitments from some four- or six-month plans billed one medication package at a time. For a package plan, each package is its own committed purchase; cancellation stops the next package and charge without an additional balance owed. For committed purchases canceled after the first shipment, the stated formula subtracts months already received at the original standard month-to-month rate from the amount paid. The result can be zero, but the policy says it does not seek an additional payment when the calculation is negative or deduct processing, restocking or administrative fees. This is different from refunding unused months at the discounted rate. The formula also has repeat-refund limits by product category. Most significantly, the policy imposes a 30-day-from-payment request deadline even on committed-plan formula refunds. Obtain the exact agreement before paying for medication that may arrive over a longer term.

The advertised 30-day satisfaction guarantee has an unresolved timing conflict. It applies only to a first-ever Chia subscription for weight loss on a month-to-month plan, with documented adherence. One section starts the clock on first delivery and permits a request within seven days after the first 30 days. Another section says every refund request, including that guarantee, must arrive within 30 days of the original payment. Those conditions may not fit together when payment precedes delivery. Do not rely on the headline as an unrestricted medication trial. The policy separately offers pre-review and clinical-ineligibility refunds, but ordinary monthly charges become nonrefundable when the prescription is submitted to the pharmacy. Committed plans have a distinct pre-first-shipment refund provision. Product pages promise ineligibility refunds within 24–48 hours, while the policy gives three to five business days for review and five to ten for an approved refund to appear. Ask which timing applies to the actual case.

Renewal timing also deserves attention. The refund policy says committed plans renew for the same duration and price unless canceled five days before renewal. The general terms say a renewal may be processed up to five days before the next period and require cancellation at least five days before the processing date. That can be earlier than a customer expects from the plan’s start date; obtain the actual cutoff and confirmation instead of waiting until the visible monthly anniversary. The terms identify Zerolimit Tech as the platform operator and distinguish its services from affiliated clinical practices; the site footer uses Chia Health The reviewed documents do not establish every corporate relationship or name a dispensing pharmacy. A public clinician page lists nurse practitioners and selected state licenses, including printed expiry dates that have passed. That does not establish whether a license was renewed; request the assigned clinician and check the current board record. The pharmacy-check guide covers exact-location and license verification.

Tirzepatide tablets are listed at $349 on a one-month plan, separately from the injection. Chia describes lower tablet absorption and promotes branded trial results, but neither statement establishes bioequivalence or clinical outcomes for its compounded tablet. The semaglutide page also mentions a sublingual format; the particular form still requires clinical assessment. Both preparations differ from an FDA-approved product, and a regulated-source or testing badge is not independent proof of a dispensed lot’s quality. The site describes clinician review and ongoing contact, but the current reviewed product and policy pages do not establish the inherited unlimited-video-visit promise. Ask which live visits, laboratory work, support and response expectations the paid plan actually includes. The tirzepatide evidence guide and oral-program comparison keep route-specific questions separate from price. The terms also describe use of de-identified information for AI development, with a prospective opt-out; they distinguish that from identifiable-record training requiring separate consent.

What Chia costs

Chia prices by product · Billing: Monthly
ProductReal monthly cost
Compounded semaglutideInjection$349/mo
Compounded tirzepatideTablet$349/mo

Prices are taken from Chia's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.

Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like

  1. Review the exact offer

Confirm the product, formulation, commitment and recurring total. The lowest banner may represent a different form or longer plan.

  2. Complete clinical assessment

A clinician reviews health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. The product pages advertise review timing without guaranteeing approval.

  3. Confirm care and dispensing

Request the assigned clinician, medical practice and pharmacy location, plus included visits and preparation-specific instructions.

  4. Track the actual deadlines

Clarify payment capture, pharmacy submission, package renewal and the cancellation cutoff. Keep the quote and confirmation; canceling renewal is not automatically a refund.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

Terms identify Zerolimit Tech as a platform and refer to affiliated medical practices without naming the dispensing pharmacy. A public page names nurse practitioners and selected licenses, but its printed dates do not establish current board status or your assignment. Current reviewed pages describe clinician assessment; they do not establish unlimited included video visits.

Where Chia does well

  • Publishes current one-month and committed-plan product offers for comparison.
  • Separates monthly subscriptions from package-based commitments in its refund policy.
  • States a refund formula and says a negative result creates no extra payment owed.
  • Provides product-specific clinical assessment before prescription fulfillment.
  • Makes terms, refund conditions and selected clinician disclosures available before enrollment.

What to check first

  • The guarantee’s delivery-based request period conflicts with a 30-day payment-based deadline.
  • Renewal can process early; cancellation is due before the processing date under the terms.
  • The monthly charge can become final when sent to the pharmacy, before shipment.
  • Package and full-term commitments have different payment and refund consequences.
  • No dispensing pharmacy is named, and current clinician status requires an actual board check.

It fits you if

Questions about Chia

What does Chia cost monthly?
The current one-month catalog lists compounded semaglutide at $349, tirzepatide injection at $399 and tirzepatide tablets at $349. Longer terms and promotional payments are separate offers.
How does an early committed-plan refund work?
The policy subtracts months received at the standard monthly rate from the amount paid, with zero as the refund floor and no additional balance sought. It also applies a 30-day payment-based request deadline and category-specific repeat limits.
Is the 30-day guarantee straightforward?
No. One section permits requests after 30 days from delivery, while another requires every request within 30 days of payment. Ask Chia to reconcile those conditions in writing before relying on the guarantee.
When should I cancel renewal?
Terms allow early renewal processing and require cancellation at least five days before that processing date. The refund policy uses a renewal-date cutoff for committed plans. Obtain the exact date and confirmation.
Are unlimited video visits included?
The current product and policy pages reviewed do not establish that entitlement. Ask which live appointments, follow-ups, laboratory services and support are included in the actual paid plan.
