Our take on bmiMD
bmiMD separates one-month GLP-1 subscriptions from discounted three-, six- and twelve-month purchases. The lowest headline belongs to the longest term; it is not the charge for a single month of flexible care. Its product pages describe compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, while the refund policy says a selected plan generally covers professional services, medication and platform fees unless the product page says otherwise. The terms describe monthly renewal every 28 to 30 days, so the monthly label does not establish a calendar-month interval. Obtain the actual charge interval, renewal amount and supply schedule before authorizing payment. The prepaid-plan break-even analysis shows why a lower equivalent price can require more months of use to save money.
The product pages describe a consultation, prescription if appropriate, delivery from an independent pharmacy and provider messaging. They advertise the same price at every dose and nationwide GLP-1 service; these are company statements rather than a guarantee of eligibility, any particular prescription or a measured response time. The terms give the clinician discretion to request laboratory information, change treatment, decline refills or recommend an in-person assessment. Ask who will provide care, whether a live appointment is needed and how follow-up works for your situation. The first appointment guide helps organize those questions.
bmiMD is the technology platform operated by Medccm; its terms separate that company from the independent medical group and pharmacies. Your patient documents identify the treating professional and dispenser. The public terms and privacy policy reviewed here do not identify a specific assigned pharmacy or clinician. A generic claim about laboratory testing does not establish the quality of the medicine you receive, and a registration badge does not establish FDA approval. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Request the pharmacy location and prescription details, then use the pharmacy verification guide to check the assignment. Product photographs and testimonials cannot answer those questions.
The exit rules need a written clarification. The refund policy requires notice by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time seven days before renewal; the terms require at least 48 hours before a renewal authorization placed approximately five days early. Confirm the exact portal deadline. The refund policy allows email cancellation, but the terms expressly say email, phone, text and social messages do not cancel. Use the portal and verify that the subscription shows canceled; if login fails, use the Help Center and obtain confirmation. For an initial order, the terms allow cancellation after intake but before review for a fee, then prohibit cancellation once clinician review begins. Treatment denial is separate and releases the authorization hold. The billing checklist helps distinguish these events.
Multi-month terms are prepaid and shipped in installments. Turning off renewal does not end the purchased term or automatically return unused money. The terms make the initial order noncancelable when clinician review begins, before the later pharmacy cutoff that the refund policy uses for nonrefundable prepaid payments. Do not assume a voluntary exit remains available until dispensing. The policy separately excludes voluntary prepaid refunds after the initial order is sent to the pharmacy; it separately allows a refund or credit for documented clinician-directed medical cancellation after deductions for completed shipments. If a remaining installment cannot be fulfilled, the published options are a provider-approved alternative or credit. Ask how those provisions apply before committing. For a delivery problem, the policy requests notice within 48 hours. Keep the selected agreement, shipment schedule and support explanation together; the provider decision worksheet can hold the unresolved questions.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
bmiMD describes independent state-licensed providers and pharmacies. The terms say the treating provider and dispensing pharmacy are identified in patient documents. Public terms and privacy pages reviewed here do not establish your assignment or independently verify current licensing. Clinical decisions remain with the provider.
Where bmiMD does well
- Product pages distinguish one-month and longer plan terms.
- The policy describes included professional, pharmacy and platform charges.
- Terms separate platform administration from clinical decisions.
- The policy explains medical cancellation separately from voluntary cancellation.
What to check first
- The smallest monthly equivalent requires a longer term; confirm the full upfront payment.
- Cancellation instructions conflict; use the portal and verify canceled status before its displayed deadline.
- The first order cannot be canceled once clinician review starts; resolve questions before submitting intake.
- An unfulfillable installment may lead to credit or an alternative; clarify this before prepaying.
- The assigned pharmacy and clinician appear in patient documents; request them before dispensing.
It fits you if
You want to compare an online compounded-injection program with monthly and prepaid options, and can confirm the assigned care team and written quote.
Look elsewhere if
You need an identified dispenser before intake, a freely refundable prepaid term or renewal cancellation closer than seven days before the next cycle.

Questions about bmiMD
- How much does bmiMD cost?
- The selected one-month quote differs from the lowest equivalent price on a prepaid term. Confirm the full upfront total, included services, shipment schedule and regular renewal amount at checkout.
- When must I cancel bmiMD renewal?
- The refund policy says seven days before renewal at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time; the terms say 48 hours before an authorization placed approximately five days early. Confirm the portal deadline. Use the portal and verify canceled status, or obtain Help Center confirmation if login fails; the documents conflict on email cancellation.
- Can a prepaid bmiMD plan be refunded?
- The terms prohibit initial-order cancellation once clinician review begins. The refund policy separately makes prepaid payments nonrefundable for voluntary exits after the initial order goes to the pharmacy. Documented medical cancellation has separate refund or credit rules.
- What happens if treatment is not approved?
- For an initial order declined by the clinician, the policy says the authorization hold is released without a treatment charge. The bank controls when the hold disappears. Voluntary cancellation after intake is a separate situation.
- Who prescribes and dispenses?
- Independent professionals and pharmacies provide clinical and dispensing services. bmiMD is the technology platform; the assigned provider and pharmacy are identified in patient documents.
