Our take on Belle

Belle’s own pricing page lists compounded semaglutide at $199 a month and tirzepatide at $249 month to month, without a separate membership fee. It says prices do not rise with prescribed dose. Its pricing guide uses monthly billing language, while its billing help also describes paying a full plan up front; confirm the actual payment arrangement chosen at checkout. The lower treatment-page headlines correspond to twelve-month plans, not the flexible monthly option. Two- and six-month plans also advertise discounts. A monthly installment is different from a one-month commitment: the general terms allow auto-renewal but do not define the remaining-payment obligation for leaving each longer plan early. Get that answer before accepting a discounted term. The semaglutide cost guide explains why a headline should be compared with its full commitment.

The flat-dose offer simplifies one part of budgeting, but does not guarantee a future renewal price or that every patient is suitable for the same prescription. Belle advertises purchase rewards on eligible orders and additional milestone rewards. Treat those as conditional future benefits rather than cash deducted from the bill. Billing help says rewards apply to future charges automatically only when that option is turned on; otherwise they can be used in the shop. The site also markets microdose tirzepatide under longevity; its starting headline does not establish the billing term or show that a smaller regimen reproduces branded trial outcomes. The microdose evidence guide separates that marketing from established trial regimens. Compounded products are not FDA-approved equivalents of Wegovy or Zepbound, and an appealing service arrangement does not demonstrate a particular formulation’s potency, sterility or effectiveness.

The terms identify Belle Health as the provider group. The homepage names its chief medical officer, physician assistant, nurse practitioner and nursing staff, while the pricing page describes them as employed in-house. Those are Belle’s representations, not independent credential or employment verification. Belle says each intake receives clinician review and describes same-day booking links, an optional welcome call, check-in calls on request, texts, and dietitian or nutritionist access in every plan. A same-day booking promise is not a guaranteed appointment or a fixed follow-up schedule. Ask who handles urgent symptoms and what happens if in-person evaluation or laboratory work is needed. At-home blood testing is still marked coming soon; the reviewed product inclusions do not promise a recurring laboratory package.

Belle’s current pharmacy page identifies Hillstone in Knoxville and OptioRx in Palm Beach Gardens for semaglutide and tirzepatide, and BPI Labs in Largo for tirzepatide. It separately lists The Pharmacy Hub for other products. The general terms retain a different partner list that includes VitalRx and omits some current product-specific partners. The pharmacy help page says that where multiple partners are available, checkout allows a choice at the same price and defaults to Belle’s preferred partner. Ask which exact dispensing location will receive your prescription, then check its relevant license; a network list cannot establish your assignment or a current board status. Belle advertises adult care in all 50 states and DC, but says treatments and pharmacy assignment vary by state. Its newer help articles distinguish a plan cancellation from a placed order. An order is charged in full at checkout and cannot be canceled or ordinarily refunded once placed. If the provider does not approve the prescription, the help page promises a full refund, appearing in five to ten business days depending on the bank. Defective products should be reported within seven days. Canceling a prepaid plan stops renewal, but already paid shipments continue through the purchased term. That is different from refunding unused months or reversing an existing order. FDA’s letter concerned product images implying Belle compounded drugs when it did not. The current site expressly distinguishes Belle from the compounder; that change alone does not establish FDA closure or endorsement.

What Belle costs

Belle prices by product · Billing: Monthly
ProductReal monthly cost
Compounded semaglutideInjection$199/mo
Compounded tirzepatideInjection$249/mo

Prices are taken from Belle's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.

Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like

  1. Choose the commitment

Compare the monthly option with two-, six- and twelve-month pricing. Ask what cancellation does to remaining installments and rewards before checkout.

  2. Submit the clinical intake

Belle says its clinician reviews health information and determines whether to prescribe. Application is not guaranteed treatment or proof that a particular compounded formulation is appropriate.

  3. Confirm the dispensing pharmacy

Get the exact assigned location and formulation. Belle lists several partners, so the general network page cannot identify who will fill every prescription.

  4. Plan support and renewal

Clarify appointment availability, symptom escalation, laboratory needs and renewal cutoff. Keep order records and report incorrect or defective deliveries within the stated seven-day window.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

The terms identify Belle Health as the clinical provider group. The current pharmacy page attributes GLP-1 dispensing to Hillstone, OptioRx and BPI Labs, depending on product and state. These are provider disclosures, not independent current license findings or your confirmed dispensing assignment.

Where Belle does well

  • Publishes separate month-to-month and longer-plan prices with no membership fee.
  • Advertises the same price at prescribed dose increases.
  • Names product-specific pharmacy partners and their locations.
  • Describes in-house clinical staff, call booking and dietitian access.
  • Explains how cancellation affects prepaid shipments and describes a full refund if the prescription is not approved.

What to check first

  • The lowest treatment headlines require 12-month plans; monthly billing does not settle early-exit liability.
  • Same-day booking and on-request check-ins do not establish a scheduled follow-up cadence.
  • Current pharmacy-page assignments differ from the general terms’ partner list.
  • Placed orders cannot ordinarily be canceled or refunded; report incorrect or defective deliveries within seven days.
  • FDA’s letter concerns misleading compounder presentation; current disclaimers do not prove regulatory closure.

It fits you if

You want a published month-to-month GLP-1 price, provider-described dose-independent charges and named pharmacy options, and you will confirm the clinical and renewal arrangements before paying.

Look elsewhere if

You need a guaranteed scheduled visit, an included laboratory package or the ability to cancel a placed order and recover unused prepaid months.

Questions about Belle

How much does Belle cost a month?
Its pricing page lists semaglutide at $199 and tirzepatide at $249 month to month. Longer commitments advertise lower monthly rates; ask about early termination and remaining installments.
Does the price increase with dose?
Belle advertises the same price at every prescribed dose and no separate membership fee. Confirm the product and renewal quote; that promise is not a guarantee of future pricing or clinical suitability.
Which pharmacy fills the prescription?
The current partner page lists Hillstone and OptioRx for both GLP-1 ingredients, and BPI Labs for tirzepatide. Product and state affect assignment. Confirm the exact dispensing location rather than assuming one network partner.
Can I cancel or obtain a refund?
Help pages say placed orders cannot be canceled or ordinarily refunded, although medical nonapproval receives a full refund. Canceling a prepaid plan stops its renewal while paid shipments continue through the term. Report defective deliveries within seven days. Confirm whether the chosen plan is prepaid or billed in installments.
Does Belle guarantee same-day appointments?
Belle advertises same-day booking links and check-in calls on request. Actual appointment availability and the follow-up schedule need confirmation with the service. Ask how urgent problems and any needed laboratory or in-person care are handled.
