How this lineup is built
A program is on this list when its own published state list names every one of the 50 states. That's the whole test. Its score, its price and its place in the order are the ones it holds on the full compounded semaglutide lineup.
This list helps most if you live in a state that programs often leave out, if you split the year between two states, or if you want to stay with one program through a move. It's also a quick way to skip programs that would turn you away at the first intake question.
Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved, and it does not undergo FDA premarket review of safety, effectiveness and quality. Serving every state doesn't change that. The full scoring rules are in how we score.
What “all 50 states” means on a prescriber's side
A telehealth prescription is written under a clinician's state license, and the license that counts is for the state you're in at the visit. So a program that serves every state needs clinicians licensed across all of them, or a medical group that covers them for it.
That's why the claim matters beyond convenience. A program with a thin bench in your state can still accept you, but your intake may wait for the one clinician who can sign, and follow-up may come from a different person each time.
The claim also has limits. It says nothing about how many clinicians cover your state, how fast they answer, or whether the program's prices are the same everywhere. A sale price can be limited to some states while the regular price applies in the rest.
Read the Care chip with that in mind. It rewards a program that names who prescribes and says how follow-up works, which is the part of an all-state promise you'll actually feel.
How we read a state list, and who it leaves out
- The program's own words. The state list comes from the program's own pages: a state-by-state list, or a plain statement that it serves all 50. We don't infer coverage from a map image or an ad.
- Fifty means fifty. A program that lists 49 states, or every state except one or two, isn't here. It may still serve you; check its review for the missing state.
- No list, no place. Some semaglutide programs publish no state list at all. They're on the full lineup but not here, and you'd confirm your state at sign-up.
- Washington, DC and the territories sit outside the test. It counts the 50 states only, so if you live in DC or Puerto Rico, ask the program directly.
- A list can go stale. Coverage changes when a program adds or loses clinicians. Treat the list as the program's current claim and confirm it at intake.
Starting prices across the all-state programs
Prices here run $89 to $248 a month at the starting dose, with any membership added. The middle price, $170, comes to about $2,040 over a year by our math, and the gap between the ends of the range is about $1,908 a year. These are annualized comparisons at unchanged starting prices, not the actual payments due in the first 365 days; dose changes, introductory offers and separate tests can change the budget.
The score gives no extra points for serving every state; publishing a clear state list earns the same clarity points whether it names 50 states or 5. The spread in price here is wide. If you only need one state, the full lineup may hold a program in your state with a lower price or a higher score.
Across every program we track, 25 list compounded semaglutide at $75–$349 a month. Each ten dollars off a monthly price is worth about 1.7 price points on semaglutide's band.
Ask whether the price you're quoted is the same in your state as on the program's main page. If you're comparing several programs at once, the guide to getting compounded semaglutide walks through the intake steps.
How to read this lineup
- Every program here names all 50 states on its own pages. The score and the price are unchanged from the full semaglutide lineup.
- The price is the month-to-month price at the starting dose, with required fees added and four-week billing restated per calendar month.
- A Partner tag marks a program that may pay us if you start care through our link. It doesn't move the program in the list; the labeled Partner box above the list is separate.
How to confirm your state at intake
- Enter your state on the first intake screen before you share anything else. A program that can't serve you should say so there.
- Ask which clinician or medical group will prescribe for you, and confirm they're licensed in your state.
- If you live in two states, ask which address to use and whether care continues if you're in the other state at a follow-up.
- Ask whether the price, any sale and the plan terms are the same in your state.
- If you're moving, ask how your prescription and refills transfer to the new state.
Questions about this lineup
- Which compounded semaglutide programs serve all 50 states?
- The 9 programs on this page each name all 50 states on their own pages. Others on the full semaglutide lineup serve most states or publish no list, so check a program's review if it isn't here.
- If a program serves all 50 states, can I get semaglutide anywhere?
- A published coverage list does not guarantee a particular prescription. The actual clinician must have authority where you are, and pharmacy, product and clinical restrictions still apply. Confirm your state at intake, and ask how follow-up works if you travel or move.
- Does a program that serves every state cost more?
- Not by any rule here. Prices on this page run $89 to $248 a month at the starting dose, a wide spread. Serving every state is about access, not price.
- Why isn't a program I know on this list?
- Most often it lists fewer than 50 states, publishes no state list, or isn't on the full semaglutide lineup yet. A program that serves your state may still be a good fit; its review shows the states it names.
The Care & cost score
Every provider gets a 0 to 100 Care & cost score for each drug it prescribes, built from four checks: what a new patient pays per month at the starting dose (35), how care works (25), whether the pharmacy is named (25) and how clearly prices and terms are shown (15).
