Our take on Enhance MD

Enhance MD charges one price at every dose for compounded semaglutide, and that price includes the medication, provider visits, metabolic labs every six months and free shipping. Billing runs every 28 days. With payment at enrollment and renewals through day 364, 14 payments fall within the first 365 days; the last funds supply beyond that window. The monthly figure is annualized comparison arithmetic rather than that cash total. On the one-month plan that comes to about $270.49 a month by our math for semaglutide and about $357.40 for tirzepatide. Three-, six- and 12-month plans cost a little less per month and bill every 12, 24 or 48 weeks. The compounded semaglutide cost guide shows how bundled labs change the real yearly cost.

Labs and a live consultation are part of the stated care model. After the free intake you pay, get baseline labs at a Quest Diagnostics location, and then meet a licensed provider by live video before anything is prescribed. The terms name Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC as medical groups employing or contracting with clinicians. The site’s shorter footer describes two of those groups; neither list confirms your assigned practice or practitioner. If you're found ineligible at any point during onboarding, you get your first payment back in full. Confirm how lab and consultation scheduling fit the first billing period, and how to contact the clinician if symptoms or circumstances change. The appointment checklist helps organize that conversation without assuming a prescription will follow.

There are a few extras and limits. A microdose tirzepatide plan is sold only on three-month or longer terms, starting at $189 a month on the three-month plan, billed every 12 weeks. A combined semaglutide and tirzepatide product called GLP-1 Elite is also listed, which requires a separate safety discussion: approved Wegovy and Zepbound labeling does not recommend use with another GLP-1 receptor agonist. A marketed combination is not proof of superior outcomes or an FDA-reviewed regimen. A first-order discount is advertised, so check what your second bill will be. The microdose tirzepatide explainer covers the limits of the evidence for lower-dose marketing.

Enhance MD’s FAQ names Tru Meds Rx, Strive Pharmacy and Pharmacy Hub. Its terms instead list Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy and TruMedsRx, with specific locations and a reference to other pharmacies. These are different public partner lists, not confirmation that either is exhaustive or that a particular location receives your prescription. The product pages describe compounding under Section 503A. Its FAQ says it is licensed in all 50 states but is launching only in 40 states plus DC for now, leaving out Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Carolina and Tennessee. You can pause or cancel any time by email or phone. Its score and the programs around it are on the compounded semaglutide lineup. These are provider disclosures about the network, not independent checks of the actual dispensing location or every partner license. Another point needs written clarification: the FAQ says medication is designed to ship unrefrigerated and stable in extreme temperatures, while FDA advises against using an injectable GLP-1 that arrives warm or with insufficient refrigeration. Ask for the preparation-specific shipping and excursion instructions before ordering. Do not infer that a broad shipping claim verifies the condition of a particular vial. The tirzepatide storage guide separates preparation-specific limits from branded instructions.

Prices are taken from Enhance MD's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.

Compounded semaglutide skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like

  1. Free intake, then pay

Complete a free medical intake, then make the first payment, which renews every four weeks on the one-month plan.

  2. Labs at Quest

Get baseline labs at a Quest Diagnostics location. Lab testing every six months is included in GLP-1 plans.

  3. Live video visit

Meet a licensed physician or nurse practitioner by video to go over your results and history before anything is prescribed.

  4. Pharmacy and delivery

If prescribed, a partner pharmacy fills it. Medication delivery is described every four weeks; confirm temperature-controlled handling.

Who prescribes, and the pharmacy

The terms name Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC for clinical services. The FAQ lists Tru Meds Rx, Strive and Pharmacy Hub, while terms list Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx plus other pharmacy partners. Those differing lists do not establish an exhaustive network or your exact assignment. Ask for the actual practitioner, medical group and dispensing location and check the relevant current licenses.

Where Enhance MD does well

  • One price at every dose, with metabolic labs every six months, provider visits and free shipping included.
  • A live video visit with a licensed provider comes before any prescription.
  • Names its partner pharmacies, Tru Meds Rx, Strive Pharmacy and Pharmacy Hub, in the FAQ.
  • Names medical groups in its terms, while distinguishing the platform from clinical care.
  • Full refund of your first payment if you're found ineligible during onboarding.

What to check first

  • A charge at enrollment plus 28-day renewals means 14 first-year payments; monthly equivalents show a different calculation.
  • You pay before labs and the video visit. Book your Quest appointment early so the first cycle isn't wasted.
  • Only 40 states plus DC are open now. Check the launch list in the FAQ before you pay.
  • The advertised discount applies to the first order only. Ask what the second charge will be.
  • Its unrefrigerated-shipping FAQ needs clarification against FDA warm-arrival advice; ask for product-specific instructions.
