Our take on AgelessRx
AgelessRx’s rapamycin offer is $65 a month, explicitly billed and shipped monthly, with baseline and ongoing blood work included. That laboratory inclusion applies to this product; it should not be generalized to every prescription on the site. Rapamycin for healthy aging is off-label, with benefits and risks that require individual clinical assessment. The company offers generic and compounded options. A formulation comparison in a particular study does not create a universal dose-conversion rule, so do not substitute or adjust between them yourself. Ask which preparation is prescribed, which pharmacy dispenses it, what monitoring is included and how abnormal results are handled. The rapamycin guide reviews the human evidence and approved-use distinctions.
The company’s PEARL trial ran for 48 weeks, with 114 participants completing the study. It did not demonstrate a significant benefit on its primary visceral-fat outcome. Some secondary or subgroup findings favored treatment, but those results do not establish longer life, prevention of age-related disease or a predictable benefit for an individual customer. The publication disclosed that the authors were employees or shareholders of AgelessRx. Its funding also included crowdfunding and company support. These relationships matter when interpreting promotional summaries. The studied compounded preparation’s exposure findings likewise do not prove that all compounded rapamycin is weaker or interchangeable by a fixed ratio. The rapamycin research article explains the trial’s limits in context.
The Wegovy pill route separates an AgelessRx access-and-monitoring membership from medication billed and dispensed by Amazon Pharmacy. The current page gives a first-month combined example of $199 and a later combined example of about $349. Those figures describe the advertised arrangement, rather than a guaranteed pharmacy price for every patient, dose or future fill. Manufacturer and pharmacy conditions can change, and the membership continues as a separate service. The page says AgelessRx does not handle insurance prior-authorization requests for this route. Compare the formulation, prescription, pharmacy charge and clinical-service fee separately through the pill comparison. A price shown for an introductory strength should not become an assumed full-year maintenance budget.
Compounded GLP-1 offers have different commitments. The microdose tirzepatide page describes $109 for the first month after provider approval, followed by a larger charge every two months, equivalent to $159 per month. Its semaglutide microdose headline instead applies to a four-month plan paid in full, with a different later rate. Confirm the complete upfront amount, later interval and cancellation date for the actual product. Microdose branding and mechanistic studies do not establish an approved healthy-aging indication, a safer regimen or benefits for someone without a clinical reason for treatment. Oral, injectable, standard and lower-dose preparations also should not inherit each other’s price or evidence. The microdosing evidence article separates early trials and observational prescribing patterns from wellness claims.
AgelessRx describes a technology platform and outside medical-group and pharmacy services. Current disclosures do not establish your assigned practice or dispenser merely by naming a pharmacy category. Its FAQ says prescriptions are charged after approval; that should not become a universal promise about every membership or service charge. A video visit may depend on state requirements or clinical judgment, and members can request one without an added visit fee. Laboratory requirements differ by treatment: metformin can require checks and other products have their own schedules. Cancellation terms require messaging the care team through the secure portal at least 48 hours before subscription processing. The FAQ does not guarantee refunds after the pharmacy receives an order and excludes returns or refunds once a prescription leaves the pharmacy. A shipment problem can be reported for review, which is distinct from an unconditional refund. Confirm the next processing date, paid commitment and product-specific policy before pausing treatment.

Prices are taken from AgelessRx's own site and current as of this update. Real monthly cost folds in required fees and turns four-week billing into calendar months; that's our math.
On its site, with the drug not named: GLP-1 injection: Starting at $139/mo.
Compounded tirzepatide microdose skips FDA approval: no one at the FDA judges whether it is safe, whether it works, or how well it was made before a pharmacy sends it out.

What signing up looks like
Complete the online intake
Choose a treatment and answer the medical questions. Confirm the payment sequence for your prescription and any separate service.
A provider reviews it
A clinician reviews your answers. Video may be needed for state or clinical reasons; a requested brief video visit has no added fee.
Labs and the pharmacy
For rapamycin you complete blood work at a local lab; a licensed 503A or 503B pharmacy compounds the order.
Free shipping, ongoing support
Subscription shipping is included, with messaging and check-ins. Shipment and renewal intervals depend on the selected product.
Who prescribes, and the pharmacy
AgelessRx describes care through medical professionals and outside medical-group and pharmacy services. Confirm your assigned clinician, practice and dispensing pharmacy; public category descriptions do not independently establish licensure or assignment. Video may be required for state or clinical reasons, or requested by a member. Its Wegovy pill page identifies Amazon Pharmacy as the separate medication dispenser and biller. Generic and compounded rapamycin are distinct preparations that require clinician-directed selection.
Where AgelessRx does well
- Rapamycin's monthly price includes baseline and ongoing blood work, not just the prescription.
- Explains clinician review before prescription approval and offers ongoing provider messaging.
- A video visit is available on request at no extra cost, even where the state doesn't require one.
- Distinguishes compounded and generic rapamycin options; confirm your specific preparation and dispenser.
- Separates the Wegovy pill membership from the Amazon Pharmacy medication charge.
What to check first
- Rapamycin for aging is off-label, and its own PEARL trial missed its main goal. Talk it through with your doctor first.
- Rapamycin preparations can differ. Confirm the actual product and do not use a universal dose-conversion assumption.
- Microdose tirzepatide bills every two months after the intro month. Plan for the larger charge.
- The Wegovy pill price is set by Amazon Pharmacy and can change. Check the drug price at each refill.
- Standard compounded GLP-1 plans show a price only on a four-month plan. Ask for the month-to-month price.
It fits you if
You want rapamycin monitoring included in that specific plan, or prefer separately identified clinical-service and brand-pharmacy charges.
Look elsewhere if
You want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide on a simple month-to-month plan, or a named compounding pharmacy.
